Terms of Service

These terms apply to all quotes and orders placed with Bricksense L.L.C-FZ, trading as Box Sense.

Quotes and orders

Instant estimates are indicative. A written quote from a specialist is valid for 30 days. An order is confirmed when you approve the digital proof and pay the agreed deposit or full amount.

Proofs and artwork

You are responsible for the accuracy of approved proofs, including spelling, colours specified and legal or regulatory text. We reproduce Pantone references as closely as the chosen board allows.

Production tolerances

Industry-standard tolerances apply: quantity plus or minus 5 percent on offset runs, dimensional tolerance of 1/16 in, and minor colour variation between digital and offset processes.

Delivery

Lead times are quoted in business days from proof approval. Free shipping applies to addresses in the contiguous United States. Risk passes on delivery.

Guarantee

Defective boxes reported within 14 days of delivery, with photos, are reprinted free of charge or refunded at our discretion.

Intellectual property

You warrant that you own or are licensed to use all artwork you supply. Dielines we create remain our property but are free for you to use with Box Sense orders.
