About our printed tissue paper
Custom-printed tissue in one or two colors on white, kraft or colored stock. At Box Sense every printed tissue paper is produced in our own facility, so the dieline, print, die-cutting and finishing are handled by one team. That means fewer surprises, faster turnarounds and a single point of contact from the first proof to the delivered pallet.
Structurally, this product is based on our inserts & packaging fillers format. Die-cut cardboard inserts, EVA and PU foam, molded pulp, printed tissue paper and crinkle fill to complete the unboxing. It is most often ordered by brands in e-commerce & subscription, apparel & fashion and gifts & events.
Materials and board options
- SBS Paperboard (C1S / C2S): Bright white board for premium print. 12 pt to 24 pt (250 to 450 gsm).
- Eco-Friendly & Compostable: Recycled, FSC-certified and plastic-free options. Varies by structure.
Printing and finishing
Choose full-color CMYK offset for runs above 500 units or digital printing for short runs from 10 pieces. Pantone spot colors, white ink on kraft and full inside printing are available. Popular finishes for printed tissue paper include matte lamination, gloss lamination, soft-touch lamination, aqueous coating, spot uv, foil stamping.

Typical range: Made to fit your box. There are no fixed sizes. Send us the product dimensions, or the dimensions of your current box, and our structural team will build a dieline that fits with the right tolerances for your board.
Free design support
Every order includes a free dieline, artwork setup and two rounds of revisions. If you only have a logo, our designers will lay out the full box for you. You approve a 3D digital proof before anything goes to press.

Yes. Unprinted structural samples are free. A printed sample of your approved artwork is free on orders of 100 or more and otherwise costs a small fee that we credit to your order.
